Cancellation Policy
Sessions occur once per week at the specific time and date you selected during your online booking. Regular, weekly consistency is foundational to therapeutic progress. While you may request a change to your scheduled slot, it may not be possible due to clinical availability. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is strictly required to cancel or reschedule a session. If you provide more than 48 hours' notice, that session can be cancelled, or rescheduled to an alternative slot, subject to clinical availability. If you cancel a session with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend a scheduled session, the session will be marked as used and cannot be rescheduled or made up. If you arrive late to an online session, the session will still finish at the original scheduled time. The session cannot be extended past its slot to make up for list time, and will count as a full, completed session.
